Your flex-time balance
Just under the intro line, a coloured strip shows where your flex time stands right now. Remember: this is the “stayed late / left early” tally — it is not your pay.
The balance strip — three versions
Section titled “The balance strip — three versions”The strip shows one of three messages:
- “⚖ Your flex time is even.” — you’re all square, nothing owed either way (grey).
- “⚖ You’ve banked +N hr of flex time.” — you’ve worked extra and have time in the bank (green).
- “⚖ You’re −N hr behind on flex time.” — you’ve had more short days than extra ones (amber).
What it means — “Banked” (+) means you worked more than scheduled and that time is credited to you. “Behind” (−) means you worked less and owe a little time back. It’s a fairness tally, settled over time — never money out of your cheque unless the office arranges it with you directly.
